This product has exceeded expectations.
I've used it re-constituted (cakes) and as powder added to dry ingredients (fresh pasta), and it's worked brilliantly in my recipes.
Dried egg doesn't need refrigerated storage and has a long shelf life. Perfect. Just ordered my second 900g bag.

Hi There. I recently purchased the whole egg powder in the hope that it would enable my hubby to be able to eat eggs again. (fresh eggs tend to make him poorly).
I am happy to report that he has been enjoying scrambled eggs with no health issues for the first time in ages. Thank you so much for a surperb product, we will be ordering again as soon as needed. Many THanks
