This product has exceeded expectations. I've used it re-constituted (cakes) and as powder added to dry ingredients (fresh pasta), and it's worked brilliantly in my recipes. Dried egg doesn't need refrigerated storage and has a long shelf life. Perfect. Just ordered my second 900g bag.
Hi There. I recently purchased the whole egg powder in the hope that it would enable my hubby to be able to eat eggs again. (fresh eggs tend to make him poorly). Excellent product, especially for where whole raw egg is required as it is pasteurized, from making mayonnaise, to marzipan, to French buttercream (crème au beurre mousseline), to crème anglaise (custard does not curdle with this product), to hollandaise sauce, to tartare sauce to more
